Os-kuro's gastronomic offer is made up of the Menu with the restaurant's iconic dishes and recipes and some Seasonal Specials proposals that vary depending on the time of year.
On weekdays it offers an interesting lunch menu, named HIRU (昼 which means noon in Japanese) with the freshest proposals from our kitchen.



The Menu
Authentic Japanese cuisine:
The Os-Kuro menu offers from Nigiri Moriawase –salmon, tuna, wagyu, sea bass, eel or scallop, among others– or Shashimi Moriawase –toro, tuna, salmon, or other fresh fish– to classic tempuras, the exquisite Japanese wagyu with robata, miso cod or the traditional yakisoba accompanied by the best red shrimp in the Mediterranean. A gastronomic experience that will make diners enjoy Japanese cuisine like never before, and paying special attention to gluten-free products.
Omakase
Our tasting menu
Omakase is a Japanese expression that means I leave it up to you, reflecting the diner's trust in the chef to select and prepare the dishes. In an Omakase tasting menu, the guest is guided by the chef, who crafts a sequence of dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. This experience fosters a direct connection between chef and guest, showcasing the chef’s culinary skill and creativity.
