Omakase, Hiru and Ramen
Our special menus
Omakase is a Japanese expression that means I leave it in your hands, indicating the diner’s trust in the chef to select and prepare the dishes. In an Omakase tasting menu, the guest lets the chef guide them, who creates a sequence of dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. This experience offers a direct relationship between the chef and the diner, allowing one to appreciate the chef’s culinary skill and creativity. The menu is composed according to the day’s availability, guaranteeing a unique and personalized gastronomic experience.
Hiru means midday in Japanese. With this menu we offer a quick, economical (€29) and very high-quality option for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at lunchtime. On Thursdays the Hiru menu is not offered as it is replaced by Ramen.
Thursdays are Ramen Day at Os-kuro. To celebrate, we present our fixed-price option (€27) where you can enjoy Japanese traditions and flavors.
The Menu
Authentic Japanese cuisine:
The Os-Kuro menu offers from Nigiri Moriawase –salmon, tuna, wagyu, sea bass, eel or scallop, among others– or Shashimi Moriawase –toro, tuna, salmon, or other fresh fish– to classic tempuras, the exquisite Japanese wagyu with robata, miso cod or the traditional yakisoba accompanied by the best red shrimp in the Mediterranean. A gastronomic experience that will make diners enjoy Japanese cuisine like never before, and paying special attention to gluten-free products.
